These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the vquint website (the "Website"), operated by vquint ("vquint", "we", "us", or "our"), a software development agency based in Udupi, Karnataka, India.

By accessing or using the Website, or by submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

vquint provides custom software development services, including mobile applications, web platforms, process automation, AI agents and integrations, and technical consulting.

The Website is for information purposes and to let you contact us. Information on the Website, including descriptions of services, timelines, and pricing models, is general in nature and does not constitute an offer or a binding commitment.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either party. Every project we undertake is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement (a "Client Agreement").

The Client Agreement will set out the scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, ownership of intellectual property, warranties, support, and confidentiality for that project. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement prevails for that engagement.

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information through our contact form
• Upload files that contain viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Upload content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights, or that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or automated submissions
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Website, its servers, or connected networks
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Website using automated means without our written permission

You retain all ownership rights in the project details and files you submit to us. By submitting them, you confirm that you have the right to share them and you grant us permission to review and use them solely to evaluate your enquiry and communicate with you about it.

We treat project information shared with us in good faith as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. If your project requires a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), let us know and we are happy to sign one before you share detailed information.

The Website and all of its content, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, design, layout, and code, are owned by or licensed to vquint and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Website content without our prior written consent. The "vquint" name and logo may not be used without our permission.

Some illustrations on the Website are used under licence from third-party providers and remain the property of their respective owners.

Projects shown in our portfolio are presented with the permission of the relevant clients, or as concept and sample work. Third-party names, trademarks, and logos shown belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement. Results described in case studies are specific to those projects and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, such as social media platforms and live client projects. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep it accurate and available, we make no warranties, express or implied, that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses, or that its content is complete or up to date. Liability relating to client projects is governed exclusively by the applicable Client Agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless vquint and its team from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website, including any content or files you submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udupi, Karnataka, India. Before starting any formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
